Homemade Pre-cooked paella
How does the process work?
We cook the homemade paellas with a traditional recipe and once they are ready, we vacuum-sealed them and freeze them to preserve their freshness.
How do you finish cooking paella when you buy it?
It is very easy! Simply open the vacuum pack of the flavour of your choice (mixed or seafood), add it to a pan with 400 ml of water and let it simmer over medium heat until the water has evaporated.
