My Story
I am Sebastian Gomez, a passionate Spanish chef who has brought the authentic taste of Spain to Canada (Vancouver). My love for gastronomy and tradition has driven me to share the essence of Spanish cuisine with the Canadian public.

I founded ''El Campanero'' with a single purpose: to bring the authentic experience of paellas and croquetas to homes and events across Canada. My goal is to ensure that every bite transports our customers to Spain, evoking emotions and memories through food.

We want Canadians to discover the joy of savouring traditional dishes made with fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and a true love for great cuisine.
